Chandragiri Hills is a popular Hindu pilgrimage site located 16 km southwest of central Kathmandu. The hill is home to the historic Chandragiri Temple, dedicated to the Hindu deity Bhaleshwar Mahadev. It was built in the 16th century by King Prithvi Narayan Shah. The temple is a significant religious destination for Hindus and is visited by many devotees seeking blessings and offering prayers.
